What’s up guys? So now that we have exhausts installed on most our staff cars, and growling like ferocious beasts I might add, we are looking into some engine tuning options. After scouring the online forums and stores, I came upon some interesting options to up car performance.
To increase automotive performance and fuel economy, the popular option nowadays is a performance chip. It’s a good idea too, to install an engine chip. It will probably be able to smooth out any choppiness that the Remus exhausts may have added. First up is probably our Z4s. In terms of general fuel economy, they both have the worst MPG. And we have a sneaky suspicion that the performance products we have added did gain more horsepower, but lowered fuel economy.
The 335i has been tuned like crazy across the Bimmer forums. Companies like Vishnu, Dinan, and JB2 have been fighting for the top spot. There are more options for the Z4s, like Ac Schnitzer, Hartge, and Hamman. The Nissan has more options. Check them out at Engine Performance Chip.
What’s up guys? Here is a close up picture of my new Volk CE28N in 19. I had them painted white, with a red stripe. Nicely matches the red lug nuts right? The CE28N’s are forged monoblock aluminum wheels, making them very light weight.
The weight of each rim is around 16 lbs. for 19 inch. With this kind of lightness and durability, it is no surprise to see that this wheel is a very coveted wheel among enthusiasts.
Here is also a shot of the carbon fiber trunk I had installed. Transferring the stock window was a job best left to the professionals. Wouldn’t want any leaks now, would we?
So, what do you think? Coming along nicely? Stay tuned for more!
Hey guys! What’s going on? As promised, I am here to show you the carbon fiber pieces I picked up for the 350Z. Check it out! I changed the door panels as well as the hood. Looks good right?
I took a chance and got these off an eBay vendor. They actually fit perfectly. The carbon weave is clean and the clear coat is smooth. I opted for the double vented hood as well as the 2008 hood bulge. Check it out!
You probably saw the new rims already too. I’ll talk about those next time! Peace!
What’s up guys? So, it’s been a few weeks, and a few hundred miles on the Remus system. I just wanted to show you how the sound has matured since we installed it.
Don’t worry, we had people blocking and stopping traffic for me. Don’t do this at home! It’s illegal and dangerous! I’m a pro.
What’s up guys? Just installed the Duplex System on to my new 350Z. We even tossed on the prototype resonator delete pipe, that we had used at the SEMA show. Check out the video!
Be sure to visit out online store and get your Remus exhaust!
Just picked up a 2008 Nissan 350Z in the Enthusiast trim. Need to have the LSD, you know? So, here I am, in a nice safe area, “breaking” her in. Private property folks. Don’t do this at home.
