BMW 1 Series Remus Exhaust DUPLEX

January 11th, 2011 -- by Alex -- Posted in Automobile, BMW | No Comments »

What’s up guys? With the release of the 1 Series M spyshots, I remembered that I never introduced to you the Remus exhaust system for the littlest of Bimmers.

To make up for it, I’ll post up some video clips, and not just pictures. Check them out.

The DUPLEX rear silencer system comes with left and right dual tail pipes at 84 mm. No street legal of course.

as with the 335i, if mounting the left and right system, the rear bumper has to be cut. Cut out and instructions are enclosed of course.

Today’s post is brought to you by the Mela Team. They want to dispel the false rumors of the Melaleuca Scam. Check out their website for more information.

    BMW Apps in Car

January 10th, 2011 -- by Alex -- Posted in Automobile, BMW | No Comments »

Hey, what’s going on guys? The new BMW 1 Series Coupé and Convertible are the first models in the BMW range to enable access to Facebook, Twitter and Webradio. Take a look at it in action.

I think this feature is totally unnecessary. Why do idiots need yet another distraction while driving? It is dangerous to say the least.

Other than that, who am I to fight technology. Personally I prefer just the thrill of driving, but if my car is going to have iDrive installed, I’m going to need my Angry Birds.

Today’s post is brought to you by the good folks over at The Freebies Source, where you can get just about anything for free, even stuff like Free Antivirus reviews.

    Stay tuned for more updates.

December 14th, 2010 -- by Alex -- Posted in Automobile, BMW | No Comments »

Hey, what’s going on guys? The BMW 1 Series M Coupé is the smallest M ever built, but it’s also powerful. It is perfect for streets and race-tracks. Take a first look at this very special M.

I don’t know about the non naturally aspirated engine. All real M’s before have been. But gas is expensive I guess.

          Stay tuned for more updates.

New BMW 1 M Coupe Teaser

December 1st, 2010 -- by Alex -- Posted in Automobile, BMW | No Comments »

Hey what’s going on guys? Here is a comparison of the new BMW 1 Series M Coupe with an old school 2002 Turbo. Check it out.

Looks more like the old E30 M3 in my opinion. Don’t you think?

                2011 BMW 6 Series Coupe

November 29th, 2010 -- by Alex -- Posted in Automobile, BMW | No Comments »

Hey what’s going on guys? BMW demonstrates its commitment to aesthetics and efficiency with the new models and vehicle concepts it is presenting at the Paris Motor Show. Check out the new 2011 6 Series Coupe.

BMW will unveil the BMW Concept 6 Series Coupé, the new BMW X3, the new BMW 5 Series Touring with additional engine variants as well as the M Sports package, the xDrive all-wheel drive for the new BMW 5 Series Saloon and the xDrive for all BMW 5 Series Gran Turismo models.

While I am still uncertain about the new tourer’s looks (though I am sure it will grow on me in time), it does look pretty sleek. In addition, it does follow the evolution of the BMW’s looks. You can tell that the 6 Series has taken cues from the newest 7 Series as well as 5 Series.

All I know is, I better have my insurance paid up while driving one! This rocket ship could get me into a lot of trouble! Better call up Auto Insurance Select and make sure before getting behind the wheel.

                Stay tuned for more updates.

BMW Z3 M Roadster Remus Quad Exhaust

November 11th, 2010 -- by Alex -- Posted in Automobile, BMW | No Comments »

Hey what’s going on guys? If you guys have been wondering what happened to our M Roadster, I’ve got some bad news for you. But first, check out the video we started to shoot of the Remus Quad exhaust system we installed.

Yup, that’s right unfortunately. We were ready to give you an interactive video on the sound of these badboys, when some drunk caused the car to be totaled. No one was hurt, miraculously. But the car is toast. See how the rim was twisted? Anyways, hope you enjoyed what little was started to shoot.

Maybe someday we will finish the video with another Z3 M Roadster. But until then, stay tuned.

What’s going on guys? Take a good look at the head rest below from a new BMW M3. Tiger power!

No, this isn’t a joke. For us, we get an understated nine thousand dollar special paint job. China gets a crazy orange M3 Tiger Edition with headrests pulled from the blankets being sold at the local Flea Market.

Seriously, this is not a joke. In fact, BMW’s confirmed it’s real and shared specs. The Tiger theme is to celebrate the “Year of the Tiger?” Here’s what you get for a little more yuan:

Hmm, I don’t know about you guys but that orange paintjob actually looks pretty cool. Check it out below. The headrests? Well, we can always change those.

                    Stay tuned for more updates.
